I just want to make sure that you can take different port configuration 3750 switches and put them in a cluster together. Anyone know any reason you can't???

Yes you can stack 3750 switches with different port configurations. Do be careful that they are running the same version of code. Trying to stack switches with different versions of code will result in a stack that is not fully functional.
