Does anybody around here know if there is a way to setup different permissions for different users on IPCC Express (4.04)? We are trying to take some of the load off of our help desk and give our admins the ability to change certain things like the team a resource belongs to, or skills but we don't want to give them access to everything like scripts and applications. I have been rading through our documentation and cannot find anything that shows how to set something like that up or if it is even possible. We are running Call Manager 4.1 that is not tied into our AD. Thank you.
