Solved: Flash and DRAM help

I need to upgrade my IOS to 12.4(11)XW to support my HWIC-1ce1t1-pri card and PVDM2 module. I have a 2811 router that I just bought last December and I was told it was going to have 256MB DRAM and 64MB Flash (which is what is required to run the IOS I need to upgrade to). When I looked at the router though it look like I don't actually have enough.

What you have posted does show that the router has 256 MB of memory and 64 MB of flash. I am not clear what the requirements of your new image are. But you currently have 38027264 available in flash and you could free up 15678960 if you delete the existing image. I can not imaging an image for which this would not be enough flash.

What is it that makes you think that you may not have enough?

But you currently have 38027264 available in flash and you could free up 15678960 if you delete the existing image. I can not imaging an image for which this would not be enough flash.

What is it that makes you think that you may not have enough?
