I have a 3545 PRI Gateway, I can configure this Gateway in the Cisco Callmanger (version 5) to route the calls???

Whoops I see that you mean the videoconferencing thing. No I don't think you can use it for voice.

yes, the MCU 3545 PRI, It can route the call voice
