shared line issue

I have an issue with an attorney/assistant shared line configuration on CM 6.1. Attorneys share their primary line with a secretary. Built-in barge is enabled.

Call comes in on the shared line and is picked up by the attorney. Another calls comes in on the shared line and is picked up by the secretary but puts the call to the attorney automatically on hold.

I had this working on CM 4.1 and now for some reason this is happening. Any ideas?

Can't get this to reproduce (6.1.1-2000-3.) I'll try again tomorrow.

Have you tried setting up two new phones with a shared line appearance, new DN's, new config, etc?

Good review of configuring barge and cBarge for me.

It wound up being an issue related to CUPS / OCS2007 integration. I also had communicator running on the attorney PC so when the 2nd call came in communicator would automatically put the 1st call on hold. I guess this is a known issue and supposed to be fixed in a future release of CUPS.
