LSC Installation

Hi all,

If I change the security profile from non-secure to secure, does a LSC gets installed automatically in the ip phone? What if I need to change from non secure to secure, let's say, 1k phones: can I simply change the security profile with BAT?

CUCM 6.0, cluster in mixed mode.

1. Changing the security mode for the cluster will not install LSC on ip phones. Only a CTL is generated which get loaded to phone on next phone reboot/reset.

2. You can change phone security profile using Bulk Admin tool. You may want to specify the "Phone Security Profile CAPF Information" settings in security profile.
