Hello y'all.
We have installed IPCC Express Premium version 4.0(4) and all our agents are using IP COMM (sotfphone) version 2.1.1.0.
We are facing some voice quality problems and these problems happen when CPU hits 100%. The "big deal" is that when CPU hits 100% the process of IP COMM causes it.
Any idea to fix this? Workaround?

this should help.. if you are using Windows XP go to task manager and set the priority of the Ip Comms process to real time

Yes WinXP will work normally. you are just giving priority to IP COmms
