Fingerprint Error

We are trying to import an intermediate certificate on ASA5510 running version 8.02.from ASDM. We get the following error :

INFO: Certificate has the following attribute:

Fingerprint bb3ad238 eb40c2ea baf2ce62 2e33c8bb

% Error in saving certificate: status = Fail

CA issuer is IPS . We can install the root cert ok.

Appreciate any assistance on this.
