the wcs is running on the windows 2003 server.

anyways, my problem was solved when we asked the customer to open the https port on their firewall.

the problem was, wcs is inaccessible from other subnets, except its own, in the entire lan and wlan. and opening the ports resolved the issue.

The file should be the same in windows, but in a different location.

We lock our WCS down to our own management networks as well
