Hi,
Failure over (secondary link) works only when we have a outage on first mile of link.
Can any one explain me what does this mean.
Any help on this highly appreciated.

Hi,
Can you post the network topology showing end-to-end link between two sites (both primary and secondary link), including type of lines?
...you may add the router configuration.

Hi Mirza, When your primary link i.e. LL, MPLS etc. etc. goes down and you are able to connect the remote side via next link which is note as secondary i.e. ISDN, DSL, 56Kbps Modem etc. known as fail over. It's with in a single sentence. Thanks Goutam.
