Hi,
Is it unusual to see a Pix515 with 256MB
of RAM? Is it even possible? See below:

hello 24/7
This is not unusual at all
Pix 515/515E has two dimmer slots , each slot can fit in 1 memory stick , in your case you must be having 2 - 128MB sticks into each slot
hope it helps !

Hi abinjola,
The follow-up question is "does this configuration support by Cico"?
Most of the time, Pix515 usually has either
64MB or 128MB.
Thanks.

hey 24/7..yes you are very correct..this is not recommended to have 256 MB, though it might run fine
The standard memory configuration for the PIX 515 is a 32 MB DIMM memory strip installed into one of two slots. If you are upgrading a 32 MB system, add a second 32 MB DIMM memory strip into the empty slot.
hope this helps !
