Video training "CCENT/CCNA ICND1" not running.

Unanswered Question

When I insert the Video Training CD into my laptop I get an exception error (memory addresses; not helpful!). When I insert it into another laptop with a simpler image it starts up fine. Before I start uninstalling things one-by-one, does anyone know what would do this?

Appreciate any pointers. Thanks.

I have this problem too.

I'd recommend google searching the error number and/or part of the error messages, possibly combined with some key words. You should find something that will get you started.

I searched and searched to no avail. In a folder on the CD there are .flv files which are Adobe Flash files. I tried to find something to play them directly. I'm pretty sure I have something on my laptop conflicting with the tool that runs these automatically. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several things now, but no luck. perhaps it is just a bad Registry entry that won't clean up properly. I'll keep researching as I have time and post if I resolve.

Thanks for the suggestion.
