LWAPP AP acting as a WGB in mesh?

Hello

I have a network with 1242 AP:s running lightweight, and a 4400 WLC. I am running Indoor Mesh.

Can I have a lwapp AP acting as a workgroup bridge in the mesh network? What I want to do is to provide ethernet-connection to 1-2 PC:s in a remote building by using a 1242 LAP that connects to a MAP, to make it communicate with a server on the LAN where the RAP and WLC is stationed.

Like this:

PC === WGB --- MAP --- MAP --- RAP === WLC === server

(where = is ethernet and - is wireless)

How do I configure a WGB in the WLC when running Indoor mesh?

Best regards

Jimmy

I havent tried this myself on the 1242 but if it works it would be the same as for a 1510. Enable bridge mode on the configure AP screen. This enables the ethernet port to pass bridged traffic. Like I said, I havent tried it myself.
