I need a router that can give us at least 3 T1 ports as well as a fiber Ethernet link to connect to the switch (assuming the router was in bldg #1 and switch was in bldg #3).
Look at the Cisco 3800 Integrated Services Router (Cisco 3845) it's technically a mid-market product but should be able to handle all the modules you want to install.
