We have several 7931's we are trying to bring on line with auto registration.

We reset the phones to factory default and the display shows Upgrading on the right side of the window and at the bottom it shows the MAC.

We have reset the phones several times. We verified the network and that is fine. We have tried a power brick and that does not work.

How do we register these phones and get them unstuck from the upgrading process?
