Call Redirect - Busy doesnt work

Hi there,

I'm trying to use the call redirect step.. if the destination is busy, it should do a Call_on_hold, play a prompt then do a Call_unhold ...

But the script does not enter in the Busy... it just go to the next step of the script..

any help ?

Hi,

If you do not enter in busy trigger mode it could be the busy trigger of the phone which is more than 1

Try to set the "busyTrigger" of the phone to 1
