i have registered CSC SSM 10 with cisco.com licensing. i have not received any license file.when i wil try register next time it shows error like this
Please correct the errors below and re-submit the request
We are unable to provide you with a license key at this time. Our records indicate that the Product Authorization Key that was entered during the registration process has previously been used, and a license key was previously issued on the following date:
Issue Date : 07-MAR-2008
Please help me resolve this issue

You will need a new PAK to proceed with the registration. Raise an alliance case with Cisco Tac and get the corrected key (PAK) and proceed the registration.
