Hi,
Can someone please confirm if I purchase a cisco 876 router with a 4 port switch is it possible to have IP addresses on the interfaces on the switch ports?

No.
The switch ports are all Layer 2. Basically, ISRs like that are something like taking the functionality of a router and a layer 2 managed switch and smashing them together.
You will, however, be able to create VLANs and assign each switchport a VLAN.

I believe that the these are L2 switchports only. In order to create an IP address per individual port you would need to create 4 VLANs and 4 seperate SVIs. Allocate the IP address to the SVI, and assign one port to the VLAN.
