Mobility Error

I have a customer that is trying to log a wireless phone into Mobility, and when they do so, they receive an Error [9]. Their directory integration (AD) appears to all be working properly.

I had them check their Device profiles to make sure their was a profile created for the user. There is a profile created for this user under the Device Associations Tab. Do they also need a Device Profile created under the Extension Mobility Tab? If not, any other ideas? Thank you.

Tyler,

Yes, you will need to associate the device profile with the user account using the Extension Mobility link in user configuration.
