CTIOS agent transfer using Agent ID/Name

Hi,

Is there a way to transfer a call using CTIOS agent desktop to another agent using their Agent ID/Name?

Hi Mohsin,

you will need to customise the client with a Database Dip to retrieve the agentid/name.

There is no solution for it out of the box.
