2 people listening/monitoring with Supervisor at once

With the Cisco Supervisor software, can two people listen/monitor one person? Is there an option I am missing? Is there a Cisco product I can get? The employee that monitors uses a USB headset. I looked to see if there was a USB splitter that actually splits the signal but it looks like that doesn't exist.

There is a setting in CAD Administrator that notifies agents of being recorded/monitored. It is found under Desktop Configuration -> Work Flow Groups -> Agents then under the Monitoring Menu item. You can select notify monitoring and/or notify recording
