CTI device issue

I have a number CTI devices that have gone in unregistered state (CCM 4.2). No matter what I do, I can not get them to register.

I have attempted to restart the services but to no avail.

About the only thing I have not done is to reboot the Call Manager.

It seems kind of weird to me that I can't get a virtual device to register,

Has anyone else seen this or have any other thoughts that might help me solve this issue ??

for what purpose are you using them?

Verify they're associated with the right user, reset the pwd and also on the CTI application side verify the user is right
