I have a number CTI devices that have gone in unregistered state (CCM 4.2). No matter what I do, I can not get them to register.
I have attempted to restart the services but to no avail.
About the only thing I have not done is to reboot the Call Manager.
It seems kind of weird to me that I can't get a virtual device to register,
Has anyone else seen this or have any other thoughts that might help me solve this issue ??
