Can`t Record On NM-CUE

Good Afternoon All,

I have an issue that started to occure I think without change , but can`t be sure. I have a 2851 with a NM-CUE module. When I am calling from inside the buisness it works fine and I can hear the Cisco Voicemail Attendant and record a messgae. If I call into the system using SIP I can hear the Voice Mail syetem but I cant record a messgae ? Any Ideas?
