Unable to access WebSA and Status pages on Unity 4.2

Unanswered Question

It happens 2 -3 times a day, we have trouble accessing the WebSA page on our Unity 4.2 server. To solve the problem we have to restart IIS. We did not find any pattern to reproduce the problem. Our unity server is running 2003R2 IIS v6.0 We are using Anonymous Authentication with SSL to access Status and WebSA page. Any idears how we can solve this problem?

You might be encountering this issue CSCsc86904: WS03 Cannot log back in to SA after timeout


Cisco Unity administrators are unable to access the Cisco Unity System Administrator via Internet Explorer.


Seen occasionally with Unity servers that run on Microsoft Windows Server 2003, typically after an SA session has timed out. Seen with Cisco Unity 4.2(1) and Unity 5.0(1).

Apply the Engineering Special that has the fix for this bug, as detailed in the readme in the .zip.
