Hello,
While trying to upgrade from CCM 6.0 to CCM 6.1.1 we have this error message:
"There is not enough disk space in the common partition to perform the upgrade. Please use either the Platform Command Line Interface Or the Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) to free space in the common partition."
If anyone has any idea who to free space in the common partition with the cli command?
Thanks for your help,
Best regards,

Please connect via SSH to the CCM server
do a file check 1000
to see which files are consuming the HD
I would open a tac case to get root access and remove them

I just had the same problem. I figured out it was because I had my trace logging set to detailed on every service and keeping 400 2meg log files for every service. (~10gb) I went in through the cli and deleted these files (file delete inactivelog cm/trace/ccm/sdl/* noconfirm) and it cleared up enough space to continue with the install.

Hi,
I have the same problem. I deleted log files with RTMT but problem appears.
I want to delete Inactive Version because I don't need it. How?
Installed Versions
Active Version 6.0.1.2000-4
Inactive Version 6.0.1.1000-21
