Here's a tough nut.
I'm trying to setup a backup link to allow my central host servers to talk to field devices attached via CDMA radios. Each radio has a static IP, normal comms are via a NATted frame relay connection to the Telco PDSN and traffic is all UDP.
I see a number of documents floating around on configuring a backup link via CDMA, but these all appear to be for a dedicated PPP VPN. IDEALLY I'd like to hang a CDMA serial radio off the AUX or a 16AM port and fail over to it when the frame connection goes out. However, since there are a couple hundred end devices, and the traffic is UDP, I'm at a bit of a loss on how I'd setup. Any suggestions?
