8 channel CAS T1 / Nortel DMS10 E&M SF / AMI - Calls come in with no digits?

Calls don't come in / and I can't call out. I connect, but get an error from the Telco.

ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-8 type e&m-wink-start

The telco feels as if they aren't getting a Wink back from the Cisco Gear.

Hi, I remember to have read here about a similar issue with a rural old switch and the need to configure something in a special way.

Anyway, another customer I know, e&M wink required timing wait-wink 2000 (I think) under voice port. In any case please send output of sh controllers t1, and check call progress with "debug vpm signal". I should have somewhere the traces from above customer to compare with.
