I am trying to add a new device to our help desk support number using call attendant.
I have set-up everything as per CCM manual.
Copied and existing phone config.
Added new DN to device
Created new attendant console user.
Added user to the pilot point config.
Config the line group which support line users.
I have added the device to ac application user group.
How ever when I try to associate device with Call attendant I keep getting this msg "Your Administrator must associate the phone with a valid application user.".
