I just enable email notification for a customer (CCM4.2 and CUE 2.3). When someone get an notification it looks like this:

To: Gerard Henry
Subject: Message Notification
Message Type: Normal
Message for: Ghenry
Message from: unknown sender
You have VoiceMail.
I just want to kwow why the "message from" field is set to "unknown sender". For this example, the calling number was internal and has a VoiceMail account.
So why that field is not set to "the current name" of the sender ???
What do I have to change to make it work ???
