Currently in the input settings for the auto attendant [*] will send the caller to the Sing-In conversation.
When you hit [*] in the AA, the call is disconnected immediately, never prompting for a ID/password.
It tried mapping it to [#] or even numerical keys, and every time the call is disconnected.
I ran the port monitor utility and everything is fine but once you press [*] it says something like...
CONVERSATION SIGN IN
EVENT HANG UP
Happens both on internal and external calls.
