UC520 wrong time on ip phone

I have an UC520 setup and working but the ip phones are displaying a time that is 4 hours behind what's on CME. The Uc520 is using Eastern time but the phones are showing Pacific time. I got the latest phone firmware tftp it onto the UC520 and confirm that the phones are using it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Under telephony-service, enter "time-zone ?" and make the correct choice.

also make sure that on the ephone-dn that you specify the type of phone that you are using (especially 7960s)
