Thanks for prompt response. But i dont think i have CCO login. If you do and dont mind getting me the firmware i would really appreciate. If not, can you assist on how bout getting the cco login.

You can click "Register" at the top of this page. You will need to associate your account with a contract to get access to software.

Our call manager 4.1 contract expired couple months ago. Is there anyway you can help us out?
