Hello
I'm wondering if someone can guide me on how to upgrade the firmware on my cisco 7912 phone from SCCP to SIP. Plus, where can i get the firmware from?

You can obtain the firmware here:
CCO Login Required

See the following link regarding converting to SIP.

You can click "Register" at the top of this page. You will need to associate your account with a contract to get access to software.
