Hi all,

I'm using AS5350XM for prepaid calling card and termination. I was calling to my special number (prefix 1672) then I got busy signal.

What is the problem?

Please see the configuration from the enclosed file 'config_file.txt'.

If you enable "debug voip dialpeer", do you see the call hitting the proper dial peer? How about on the remote gateway - 206.x.x.x?

Brandon

Hi Brandon,

I imagine that If I call to our special number, first I should hear IVR like "Welcome to cisco demo version"

second after that I enter the account number and pin.

third Then if it has enough money then i can collect number.

but first process wasn't happen. I hear busy signal.

Sorry for my English.

Did you enable the debugs as suggested in my previous post? If you telnet to the router, do the following:

router#term mon

router#debug voip dialpeer

After entering the commands above, make the call and look at the outpout to see if it is hitting the correct dial peers.

Brandon

Hi Brandon,

router#sh debugging

DIALPEER:

debug voip dialpeer error call is ON (filter is OFF)

debug voip dialpeer error software is ON

debug voip dialpeer inout is ON (filter is OFF)

When I was calling from my mobile phone 99083297 to our special number 1672 I hear busy signal.
