Can't access subnet of VPN Concentrator

Unanswered Question

Hi,

I'm new at a customer site and don't have the passwords yet for the VPN or PIX. Hopefully soon :)

VPN users terminiating on the 3005 cannot access any device on the local subnet of the VPN private address.

VPN has a public address and private which is 10.1.16.10. So, users cannot access anything on the 10.1.16.x network.

However, they can access all other resources.

As long as the users don't have 10.1.16.x at home as their local subnet, what could be the problem?

Thanks,

Jason

I have this problem too.

Hi Jason,

This can be sevral things, but check the the routing (spilt tunnel) options on the clients. Is the network in the networks the client is allowed to access. this is the first to check.

You need access til the VPN config.
