outbound call issue

I am running CCM 4.2. I have a facility that uses a 2820 (h323) for outbound cals through a T1. When calls are placed, the router sees the call but it takes 10 seconds before the call rings out. During this time the IP phone says "call proceed. This setup was working fine, we relocated the office to a new location, the equipment changed but as far as I can tell the configs were matched 100%. I am out of ideas, ay help is greatly appreciated.

I have this problem too.

Can be somewhat related to interdigit timeout.

Try adding # to the number.

If nothing changes, collect "debug vpm signal" with "term mon". Please configure "service timestamps debug msec" beforing doing so.
