how to sync the phone's lamp when I listen my messages from my outlook

I have set unity express to send files to my outlook when someone left a message in my voice mail. When I listen my messages from my outlook I expect not to see the phone's lamp on but it remains on.

How can I enable to sync unity express with my outlook ?

This bug is fixed in Cisco IOS versions 12.4(04)XC03, 12.4(06)XE and 12.4(09.06)T.

As a workaround, downgrade the Cisco IOS version to 12.4.4T3 with CallManager Express 3.4, or configure the unsolicitor and outcall option for MWI in Unity Express.

Is this Outlook/Lamp feature only applicable to the NM? I have the AIM module and I'm of the understanding I cannot leverage this feature.
