FXS/DID only receive 1-digit

Hi,

CME voice gateway 2811 has VIC-4FXS/DID configured as DID trunk. The local teleco said they send us 4 digits, however,we only received the first digit instead of 4-digit for inbound DID calls.

IOS version is 12.4(15)T3.

signal type is wink-start.

Can anyone help out?

Please collect "debug vpm signal" with "term mon". Before doing that, configure "service timestamps debug datetime msec".

Ok, show it to telco then. Also, with a buttman set, it's easy to hear (some will decode too) how many digits are sent.

We already tested with buttman set and hear all 4 digits.

Also those trunk line just moved from the old PBX system to the Cisco CME voice gateway for this cutover.

It looks like something happened on Cisco voice gateway, somehow it only receives 1-digit.

Please downgrade to 12.4(11)XJ4 that has the most bug fixes and try again. If still trouble, send the debug output here with "show voice port x/y".
