Hi,
I installed a CB21AG PCMCIA card in my laptop and in order for it to work I always have to remove/reinsert it after I boot up (Windows XP Pro). Has anyone seen this before? I can't find anything on this issue so far so I'm hoping someone else has gone through this and can help me. Thanks in advance.

What is the software version running on CB21AG?

Thanks for the reply.
I am using the Cisco Aironet Desktop Utility/drivers instead of the Windows Wireless Network Setup. Here is the driver information:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\CSCO21.SYS
Provider: Cisco Systems, Inc.
File Version: 4.0.0.295
I found that after my laptop posts and I first see the Windows splash screen with the horizontal Windows load status bar, I can plug the card in and it starts working so I don't have to wait until I see the Ctrl-Alt-Del dialogue box or even the desktop. Not sure if this is 'normal' or not.
