One-Way audio after a few minutes

Hi,


I am having an issue with one way audio that is very limited, but ongoing.


Using a Cisco 3745 with IP-IP Gateway, about 1% of all calls have a one way audio issue after about 1 to 5 minutes (H323-H323).

The one way audio is always to the side to which the calls was made (Ougoing Leg)


We are utilizing the latest IOS (c3745-ipvoice_ivs-mz.124-15.T4.bin, I've also tried with the older IOS's)


I have tried to follow all the one-way audio Suggestions.


voice call send-alert

voice rtp send-recv


interface FastEthernet0/0

h323-gateway voip interface

h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr

no ip route-cache cef

no ip route-cache

speed auto

full-duplex

no mop enabled


This is on Media Flow-Through with a TCL Script on the Inbound Call Leg.


Here is the only trace info I have that can be possibly be causing this issue:

Mar 6 17:37:18.634: //-/xxxxxxxxxxxx/H323/cch323_h225_receiver: Parse error RXDATA_NONE


Unfortunately Since there is a high volume of calls it is very hard to trace.


Any suggestions for me to tackle this issue would be greatly appreciated.
