Tapped to administer CCM4.2 and Unity

Recently I have been tapped to administer our SMB VOIP system utilizing CCM 4.2 and Unity and 7900 series phones.

I have no VOIP experience but am up to the challenge any suggestions on where I should begin obtaining knowledge to enable me to administer the system efficiently.
