Hello
How do I configure Intercom capability for 79xx phones.Currently utilizing CCM4.2.

if this is CUCM 4.2 then there is no intercom capability, at most you can configure a speed-dial on one phone and auto-answer with speakerphone on the other one. you would need CUCM 6.x for intercom

Thanks for the idea . i have tested phones with the auto-answer before but it would auto answer every incoming call. now im thinking of configuring internal DN's known only by a unit supervisor and its members ( whose cubicles are physically dispersed) so that when called would contact the intended unit member utilizing Auto Answer.Of course all of the internal #'s would be setup with speed dial.
