Another UC 500 quesstion - forward to voicemail

How would an operator forward to someone's voicemail with the UC 500 system? Do you have to setup an extension for the VM box?

Thanks Rob! I tried it from the CUE gui and it didn't work. It gives an unknown extension. I am going to look at it a bit more this weekend.
