Guest User Deafult Lease Time

Hi All,

We are trying to change the default lease time of 1 day for the guest users created through lobby admin(In wireless LAN controller) .Is there a way to change that default time to some other value. Kindly let me know.

It seems,the other post refers to wcs .....Is it possible to find something based on wlc.Ours is running ver 4.2 on wlc.

Hi Anantha,

default lease time 1 day cannot be changed .you can refer to controller configuration document of 4.1 release.we will not be able to change it.

Thank you very much .Is it even in WLC 4.2,that we wouldn't be able to change it ?.....If so,is there any future version,we would be able to change it ?

Hi Anantha,

This enhancement needs to be done from wlc side.i am not sure about which version you will be able to change default lease time.May be we can expect in coming version.
