CDR Logs Not Logging

I'm looking at a CCM 4.1(3) system and the CDR reports seem to only show calls made to voicemail. Any ideas as to where to start looking into troubleshooting this? There is 1 Gateway listed in the Gateway configuration and this is the h.323 gateway in CCM. The only gatewas in the CCM are that one and a VG248. Thanks!

Have you verified that your CDR enabled flags are set on both the sub and the pub.

Below is the link for setting up your service parameters.

Looks like only 1 out of the 3 CCM servers have the CDR Enabled Flag. So just enable that on the otehr 2 CCM servers?

Thanks for the quick reply!

Correct! All servers need to have the flag enabled to capture all logs for internal/external calls.
