2 users were on calls. Both users had dead silence on their calls at the same time, and at least one of the phones said CM unavailable, features disabled. The call came back momentarily, then there was silence again. Hung up the receiver and the phones reset.

We are using CME and the phones are 7941s. The following lines are from the cache/log of one of the phones. This message is the same on both phones which went dead and on a phone which wasn't being used at the time:
