strange problem on Cisco 7609

Hi,

I have a strange problem with my 2 Cisco 7609. The diagram is as follow:

C4006(VLAN 300: 10.10.100.245/22) <------trunking---> C7609-1(VLAN 300: 10.10.103.213/22) <--------trunking--------> C7609-2(VLAN 300: 10.10.103.214/22)

VLAN 300 is used for management purpose only.

The problem is that I can ping every host on VLAN 300's subnet (e.g 10.10.100.254) except for VLAN 300 on 2 7609 but I can telnet to these 2 7609 by vlan interface 300!

When standing in these 2 7609, I cannot ping any host on vlan 300 but I can telnet to them ! Also, the 7609-1 cannot ping 7609-2 and vice versa but can telnet also !

I'm sure that there's not any ACL and VACL on these devices.

Is there anybody has the same problem as mine ?

Thank you for any help
