Design constraint!!!!

Lets say A CCM Cluster has separate partitions for each client,& FAC/CMC doesnt belong to any partition by design, so If FAC/CMC applied on any route pattern then it will be applied to whole cluster for outgoign calls.

Only work around is to create complete dial plan(route pattern) for each customer, but that route pattern will be assigned to that customer's partition only.. This will make the configuration tedious but functional

As configuring CMC/FAC @ Route Pattern(RP) level will not be practical in multi tenant design, so there is need in CCM design to provide CMC/FAC on either DN OR As a Service subscribe to device profile.

Above is the practical scenario m facing @ work.
