Have problems downloading ftp files through the firewall

What is problem, can u tell something more?
Either you are don't able to download file at all?
Are you able to do telnet on port 21 ?
Are able to see hit count increment when you telnet server?

Is 'fixup protocol ftp 21' enabled on the firewall?

Yes fixup protocol ftp 21 is enabled
the problem is the firewall, when im home I have no problems downloading from the site HP

Have you tried an FTP client that allow use of PASV (Passive) mode?

HP's driver download site works ok - except when I try downloading through the pix
