How to determine the location (path) of the scripts and the prompts at the IP IVR?

Hi Bilal,

in order for us to assist you, would you please clarify what you are trying to do and on which IPIVR release?

I acknowledge it has to do with Scripts and Prompt handling but it is unclear how/what/why you are looking for with regards to it.

I am using IPCC Enterprise version 5 with IPIVR 3.1(3), we need to format it and we do not need to loose the script and the prompt, so I would like to take it out, that is why I asked in which path it is existed to take it out.

For 3.1.3 you should be good with a BARS backup, a local copy should be also in the wfaffid folder, do a find for .aef.
